By visiting or purchasing from The Wildflower Farm in Monee, Illinois, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a visit, event, or experience.

General Admission & Farm Use
The Wildflower Farm is a working outdoor property. By entering the farm, guests acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with outdoor environments, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, plants, animals, and natural elements.

Guests are expected to respect the property, flowers, equipment, and other visitors at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

Tickets, Events & Booking Policies
All tickets, event bookings, and photography sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Dates, times, and availability are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary for safety or operational reasons. In the event of cancellation by the farm, guests will be offered a reschedule or credit.

Photography & Media
By entering The Wildflower Farm, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken throughout the property during regular business hours, special events, workshops, and seasonal activities.
The Wildflower Farm, its staff, partners, vendors, and authorized photographers may use these images and videos for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation or further notice.
Guests are welcome to take casual photos for personal use and are encouraged to share their memories while visiting the farm.
Professional photography sessions—including family, engagement, maternity, senior, branding, commercial, or styled shoots—are not permitted without prior approval from The Wildflower Farm. All professional photographers must receive permission in advance and may be required to reserve a photography session, pay applicable location fees, and provide proof of insurance.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please notify a staff member upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in images or video captured in public areas during events.

Farm Activities & Safety
Participation in activities such as u-pick flowers, events, workshops, and seasonal experiences is at your own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions while on the property.

Weather Policy
As an outdoor venue, we operate weather permitting. Certain experiences may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to rain, wind, heat, or unsafe conditions. Updates will be communicated as early as possible.

Liability
The Wildflower Farm, its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that may occur while on the property or participating in any farm activities or events.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or attendance at the farm constitutes acceptance of any changes.
