Christmas Photography Sessions at The Wildflower Farm Thank you for your interest in Christmas Photography Sessions at The Wildflower Farm! 📸 Please review the information below before making your reservation. Before You Book Reservations are for photographers or customers who have already booked a photographer. A photographer is NOT included with your reservation. Reservations are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Wildflower Farm Management due to inclement weather. If we cancel a session, the person who made the reservation will be contacted as soon as possible. Please include the best phone number to reach you in the notes when booking. If booking multiple sessions, a separate reservation is required for each. During Your Session The farm will be open exclusively to photographers and their clients with reservations during these sessions. General admission will not be available. Your reservation includes access to the specific Fall backdrop you reserved. Backdrops DO NOT include props or accessories. You are welcome to bring your own props and styling items. We do have a limited selection of props available, including blankets, pillows, lanterns, and other seasonal items, but these are first come, first serve and are not guaranteed. Please use only the backdrop included with your reservation during your scheduled time. Barn and building interiors will not be accessible. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Please bring bags and clean up after your pet. Timing & Clients Your reserved session time is the time your clients may be on the property. Photographers may arrive up to 20 minutes before their session to prepare and will have a 10-minute grace period afterward to pack up. You may photograph multiple families during your session; however, the number of families allowed on the property at one time may be limited. Clients will not be charged general admission, but each family must stop at the front entry building to check in upon arrival. Please contact us with any questions.
